Terms and Conditions for App
1. Acceptance: By using SwitchMap Nu Black / SwitchMap+, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, please do not use the app.
2. Purpose: SwitchMap Nu Black allows you to control lighting, air conditioning, shading, and other devices in homes and commercial spaces.
3. User Responsibilities: Use the app only as intended. Do not hack, disrupt, or misuse the app or connected devices.
4. Account & Access: You may need to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it.
5. Data & Privacy: We collect and use data as described in our Privacy Policy, mainly for app functionality and support. We do not sell your data.
6. Intellectual Property: All content, trademarks, and technology in the app belong to Techworld Industries Limited or its licensors. Do not copy, modify, or distribute without permission.
7. Updates & Changes: We may update the app or these Terms. Continued use means you accept any changes.
8. Limitation of Liability: The app is provided “as is.” We are not liable for damages except as required by Hong Kong law.
9. Termination: We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
